June 5, 2003 - Windows hosting specialist, DiscountASP.NET announces the launch of Advanced Intellect aspNetEmail and
aspNetMX ASP.NET Components. These components are installed on all web servers and are available to all customers at no cost.
aspNetEmail is a robust email component for sending emails from ASP.NET applications. This componet goes beyond the default .NET System.Web.Mail
class by providing such features as changing from name, sending message with ms mail priority header, allowing return receipts,
and allowing specification of the reply to address.
aspNetMX is an email address and mx record validator. Unlike other email address verification components, this component does more
than just check the format of an email address. The aspNetMX component determines the mail server that hosts the email address
and queries the server to verify that the email address is valid.
