TFS Support Portal
You can contact both our Technical Support and Billing Departments through our Support Portal. Please remember to provide as much detail as possible. Information like which software versions you're using, error messages you're seeing, and urls are helpful in replicating the problem. We will answer all technical support inquiries within 24 hours, but please bear in mind that regular support hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.
Use your Control Panel login credentials to log in to the Support Portal (log in link is at upper right).

If you are unable to access the Support Portal, you can contact the billing department directly at email@example.com (billing hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time). Technical support tickets must be opened in the Support Portal.
